By submitting an inquiry, booking a session, or entering into any offering through this website, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the Work
Sovra Dommine, LLC offers oracular consciousness work, transmissions, and mentorship for men, delivered through Marrow, Re-membering, Return, Regeneration, and Revival.
This work is offered for the purposes of personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-inquiry. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, financial counsel, or legal advice, and it does not replace any of those. If you are in a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please seek appropriate professional support immediately.
What is transmitted in a session is oracular in nature, reflective, symbolic, and intended for your own discernment. Nothing offered here should be treated as a directive for medical, legal, financial, or relational decisions. You remain the final authority over your own life and choices.
Eligibility
This offering is extended to men who are eighteen years of age or older. By submitting an inquiry, you affirm that you meet this criteria. I reserve the right to decline any inquiry, application, or continuation of work at my discretion, without obligation to disclose a reason.
Confidentiality & Privacy
This is a private practice. There is no public roster and no shared client list. What is spoken at the altar stays there. I hold what you disclose to me in confidence, and I expect the same in return, regarding the nature of our work together, any materials shared, and anything that surfaces in session.
This confidentiality does not extend to circumstances where disclosure is required by law, or where I believe there is risk of serious harm to you or another person.
In-Person Engagements: Marrow & Revival
Marrow includes a single in-person session involving incense, oils, food, drink, and at times touch. Touch, when offered, is always consensual and confirmed with you directly before the session. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions, sensitivities, or allergies prior to this session. The remaining sessions within Marrow are conversation-based, held virtually or in person depending on what circumstances permit.
Revival is an in-person experience shaped around what you bring to it, whether that is a new experience or a place to test what has been re-membered in you. I may recommend activities aligned with your intention, but the final choice of setting and activity rests with you. You are responsible for any additional costs associated with the chosen activity, for both participants, including but not limited to entry fees, equipment, tickets, or transportation. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to a Revival experience involving physical activity
Breathwork, when offered as part of Return or any other engagement, involves active breathing techniques that may not be suitable for everyone. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to engaging in breathwork.
Payment
Pricing and payment terms are confirmed in writing via email before any session is booked or work begins. Payment is processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, full payment is required prior to the session or the commencement of work. For The Regeneration, payment structures (deposit, installments, or full payment) will be outlined in a separate agreement specific to that engagement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable.
Re-membering is a written exchange, not a scheduled session. Once your question is submitted, it is considered received and is non-refundable regardless of when a response is issued.
Return, and virtual sessions across other offerings, may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, forfeit the session.
Marrow journey and Revival experiences may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours notice, given the preparation and coordination involved. Requests made with less than 48 hours notice, and no-shows, forfeit the session.
Engagements under The Regeneration, given their scope and duration, are governed by the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined in their individual agreement.
Late arrivals are accommodated up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start. Beyond that window, the session may need to be forfeited or restructured at my discretion.
Results & Outcomes
What arises in a session, transmission, or engagement is unique to each man, his readiness, and his willingness to meet the work. No specific outcome, transformation, or result is promised or guaranteed. This is not a coaching program with a fixed curriculum. It is a mirror, and what you see in it is yours.
Conduct
This is sacred, discerning space, not a performance of eros. Any communication or conduct (during intake, session, or correspondence) that is disrespectful, coercive, or attempts to push the work outside its stated container will result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund. I reserve the right to end any working relationship at any point if I sense it is no longer aligned or safe to continue.
Limitation of Liability
By engaging in this work, you acknowledge that you are doing so as a voluntary participant seeking personal and spiritual reflection. In-person engagements, including Marrow and Revival, may involve physical proximity, touch, or physical activity that carries inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept those risks, including any condition not disclosed in advance. Sovra Dommine, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or emotional, psychological, financial, or relational outcome arising from your participation, including decisions made following a session or transmission. You are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic, for matters outside the scope of oracular and mentorship work.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within any session, transmission, or materials provided, written, spoken, or recorded, is the intellectual property of Sovra Dommine, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.
Recordings
If a session recording is provided, it is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised periodically. Continued engagement with this website or with Sovra Dommine constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
